Hours: Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:15 AM to 6:15 PM; Rotating Saturdays 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM; Hours may vary and/or subject to change based on banking center needs.

Job Function
Coordinates and manages teller staff and operational activities while promoting effective delivery of services and controlling loss exposure.
Job Requirements
Pre-Application Requirement:
Completion and successful score on the Teller Skills Assessment Test (TSAT)
Minimum Qualifications:
Work Experience - 2-4 years teller experience; demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
Supervisory Experience - 1 year supervisory experience that includes making hiring decisions, performance evaluations, and performance coaching and counseling.
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Equipment/Machines – CRT; 10 key; currency counter; coin counter; type 35 wpm accurately; teller machine; personal computer
Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years teller experience with an emphasis in sales and service
Supervisory Experience - 2+ years supervisory experience
Education - Some college courses
Equipment/Machines - Branch Delivery; proficiency with personal computers that includes experience with word processing and spreadsheet software
