Job Description
Teller provide service to credit union members through a variety of financial transactions. Elements of the job include: Examining deposit or withdrawal documents for completeness and accuracy, validating account information, processing a variety of cash transactions, cross-selling, balancing all monetary totals and enhancing the credit union relationship with the member.
Job Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Prior financial institution experience in cash operations or member service is preferred. Requires good communication skills and professional demeanor with the ability to speak to members and process their transactions in a confidential manner. Require basic knowledge of various office automation software. Requires ability to work in a high volume environment.
