Our client, a well established, family-owned industry leader in wholesale specialty merchandise is currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Professional to join their dynamic and sales team. 

This opportunity is a full-time, permanent employment opportunity offering a rich compensation package and comprehensive benefits plan including 401k, medical/dental/vision, and a monthly expense allowance. Our client offers a comprehensive training program at their corporate headquarters and on-the-road training with some of the most successful territory managers in the industry.

The successful candidate will represent a wide variety of products within the following major categories: Garden/Outdoor Living, Home Décor, Seasonal, Gift Gallery and Licensed merchandise.  The quarterly product releases provide the best selling opportunity in the industry. 

The successful candidate will manage our existing business relationships, as well as develop new accounts in order to accelerate their personal growth and earning potential, as well as that of the territory.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate:

• Has 3+ years experience in outside, business to business sales (giftware industry experience preferred)
• Possess a strong desire to succeed and is motivated to work independently
• Is flexible and open to change
• Quickly builds strong, long-lasting business relationships
• Has strong, influential interpersonal skills while remaining approachable
• Has experience with various technology applications including MS Office, internet, email (sales tracking software is preferred)
• Is comfortable working remotely and traveling within prescribed territory on a consistent basis
