Giftcraft Ltd., a well established giftware company and industry leader for over 60 years is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for our Tyler/Nacadgoches, Texas Territory.
Giftcraft offers the most compelling compensation structure in the industry including a draw, commissions, a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k plan, achievement bonuses and a monthly expense allowance. We also offer a comprehensive training program at our corporate headquarters and on-the-road training with some of the most successful territory managers in the industry. As a member of the Giftcraft team you will also travel to our corporate headquarters twice each year for our National Sales Meetings where you have the opportunity to see our product releases first hand and participate in educational seminars.
Our Territory Sales Managers represent Giftcraft’s entire product offering encompassing our five major business lines including: Garden/Outdoor Living, Home Décor, Seasonal, Gift Gallery and Licensed merchandise.
Our quarterly product releases provide the best selling opportunity in the industry.
Our Territory Managers are expected to manage our existing business relationships, as well as open new accounts in order to accelerate the growth and earning potential of the territory.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Experience with selling tangibles (products) a must; giftware industry exposure is strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and with autonomy; possess a strong desire to succeed
- Adaptable and open to change
- Computer literate including MS Office applications, internet and email – experience with sales tracking software is preferred
- Able to work with and interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong influencing, interpersonal skills and approachability
- Able to listen, empathize, initiate contact and build relationships with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working remotely, and traveling within prescribed territory on a constant basis
