We are looking for an experienced, professional Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Description:

• Direct ownership of revenue generated in geographic region through territory management for the sales and/or lease of all asset types

• Maintain and grow share at existing client base in assigned geographic territory
• Identify and secure new business growth opportunities in assigned geographic territory through lead/target qualification
• Maintain and update  SalesForce.com pipeline database
• Develop and implement key account plans and strategies
• Manage and coordinate resources to complete sales process for in fleet and custom projects
• Compile all necessary information and approvals for sales agreements/proposals
• Solidify vendor relationships
• Gain comprehensive understanding of competition in assigned sales territory
• Mentor Inside Sales Associates for career development
• Obtain state licensing (where required)
• Maintain, update, submit all administrative reports.
• Exemplify teamwork and positive attitude with branch/regional personnel
• Customer contact/assistance - site visits
• Compile leases/quotes for custom and complex business   
• Handle walk in transactions
• Position value added product services

   

Job Requirements

• BS/BA degree required or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of three to five years outside sales experience
• Construction/industrial sales experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in developing long-term customer partnerships (customer acquisition, development and retention)
• Demonstrated skills in teamwork effectiveness across all functional areas
• Creative, motivated individual with aggressive selling and negotiation skills
• PC proficiency in a Windows environment
• Experience with SalesForce.com preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Excellent ability to multi-task and manage personal productivity
• 25-50% travel required, percentage of travel and frequency of overnight travel dependent upon geographic territory
• Driver's License in good standing.
