Plantation firm seeks Title reviewer/ Agent for our office. Qualified candidates must have experience will title review, title issue resolution and title claim. Should be familiar with foreclosure processing, and also have strong computer skills. Applicants should be highly organized and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, must be responsible and reliable.
A highly skilled title processor that can work well under pressure with the ability to handle 25-30 closing files at a time. The ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task. Responsible for handling files from contract through the closing date ( post-closing) with heavy contact with all parties involved.
We are looking for someone to work part time, (can turn into full time) to check titles on a daily basis, ideally you have been working for one of the big title companies.(please mention it when applying)

Job Requirements
The associate will be required to examine documents posted in the public records and the tax record associated with a specific property to:
1) Determine the Chain of Title
2) Determine the impact of any recorded deed, lien or judgment
3) Identify any senior mortgage or deed of trust
4) Determine any taxes which may be pending or deliquent
Associate work is time senstive and subject to daily production and quality goals. Associate communicates with customers, internal and external, and teamates in order to meet goals. Associate reviews documents which contain a high level of detail to support overall process and team results. Reports to Team Leader.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2-3 years prior exam experience, detailed oriented, ability to type 45 WPM , basic Microsoft Office skills, high degree of organization and ability to multitask.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with dual monitor workstation and a paperless workflow
