Laserfiche is looking for a Presales Engineer. A Presales Engineer is an intelligent, outgoing, and creative problem-solver with a technical mind and strong presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical people.

Job Description:

• Acquire detailed knowledge of the Laserfiche software product suite and a number of industries in order to design and communicate solutions for customer’s business problems 

• Acquire detailed knowledge of the software product suite and a number of industries in order to design and communicate solutions for customer’s business problems 

• Provide technical consulting to the sales force and prospective clients

• Answer pre-sales and technical questions via email, conference calls and web presentations

• Design and present targeted solutions based on explicitly and implicitly stated requirements

• Develop and implement technical training initiatives regionally and locally

• Conduct technical Regional Training for our end-users both on-site and at various locations around the United States.

Job Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with an inclination for Math, Physics, Music, and Computer Science (Comp Sci)

• Must have exceptional presentation, communication, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Must have demonstrated familiarity with Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP

• Experience with networking and database concepts is a plus
