Training & Development Coordinator

A&M specializes in providing restructuring & turnaround management, performance improvement and corporate advisory services to companies, investors and stakeholders, across a wide array of industries.
The Global Human Resources department in New York City is looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to join it’s growing team. This position will assist the T&D Manager with aspects of planning, organizing, monitoring and execution of training activities and initiatives and handle all administrative duties, including:
· Coordinate and provide facilitation support for internal and external training programs.
· Event planning support for training related events.
· Maintain and improve the Training and Performance Management process.
· Assist with training projects and vendor management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience working in a training environment a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
· Excellent administrative and organization skills and ability to multi-task is required
· Quick learner with enthusiasm to grow and advance with a corporate learning function
