TRAINING COORDINATOR Customer First Service ... Guaranteed! Great Employees are the key to our success! Please consider the following employment opportunity: TRAINING COORDINATOR Part Time (30-34 hours/week) No supervision but does work with all departments to coordinate programs. Experience: High school and 2 years of administrative support and/or training is required with retail banking experience preferred. This position provides administrative, clerical and technical support for the bank-wide training function, and assists training officers and human resources management as needed. Production of training materials including technical editing, creating PowerPoint presentations and promotional communication pieces as well as managing campaigns/contests are regular activities. Facilitating or co-teaching existing programs/courses may also be required. We believe that happy, motivated, caring employees are the key to our success.
