Organize monthly employee orientation program

Develop training curricula

Maintain training database

Ensure instructors are qualified/properly trained

Provide instruction as needed including, CPR/AED and First Aid

Coordinate consumer training as well as the consumer & family satisfaction survey process
-
Assist with service audits
-
Provide back-up for investigative functions
-
Serve on the incident review and corporate compliance committees

Participate in Quality Assurance on-call rotation

Attend occasional conferences where some overnight travel might be required.
Prefer a bachelor degree, knowledge of OMRDD and DOH TBI Waiver regulations and 4 yrs of teaching/training experience and/or 4 yrs working with individuals with Developmental disabilities.
Must have a valid NYS drivers license and be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to multi-task and be highly organized.
