We are currently expanding our business and seek talented sales professionals to help us do so.

We are searching for strongly self-motivated sales people to sell portrait packages to families participating in their pictorial church directories. The ability to travel overnight, thrive in a changing work environment, and maintain company standards and sales objectives with minimal onsite supervision are paramount. In exchange for these abilities we offer:

• The highest salary plus commission structure in our industry. Our average person this year is in the $40K range with top producers at over $60K.
• Quickly reimbursed travel expenses.

• All preset appointments at our contracted church locations. No cold calling or in home sales.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to travel overnight on a regular basis.
• Must have a reliable, currently insured vehicle.
• Should be able to work independently with little onsite supervision.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and climb stairs regularly.
• Must be available for a Tuesday through Friday 2pm - 10pm and Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm schedule.  Days and hours have a potential to vary.
• Work with Olan Mills employees and client representatives in an efficient team environment.
