Job Description
Min Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and six years of related experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the collaborative efforts of the Utilities Department and is the primary contact on Utility related matters.
Salary Range
From $77,631 to $127,639 annually, commensurate with experience
Specific Job Related Duties
Identifies and implements new approaches and techniques to solve problems.
Provides mediation and conflict resolution for work group.
Identifies appropriate internal controls for process; provides mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance.
Supervises a Staff of utility system experts.
Preferred License/Certificate
Registered Professional Engineer or Certified Energy Manager Status.
Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
Preferred Work Experience
Knowledge of District Energy Plant Operations is a plus.
Supervisory experience.
