We have developed a host of services to assist default managers, rating agencies, portfolio investors, mortgage originators of all types and sizes, and even homeowners looking to eliminate their private mortgage insurance (PMI).
eMortgage Logic is currently seeking candidates to fill the full-time position of Valuations Coordinator near Fort Worth, TX.
The Job:
The Valuations Coordinator position assigns, and processes orders for Broker Price Opinions and fulfill these orders per clients’ request and specifications by performing the following duties:
- Assign BPO orders to agents in areas of responsibility
- Follow up on orders to insure timely completion
- Maintain agent database in areas of responsibility
- Field emails, voicemails, and phone calls as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate must be a team player with strong phone and customer service skills. Candidate will need to be able to handle large volume of incoming/outgoing calls and heavy email correspondence, heavy database management, and recruiting new partners for existing database. Deadline oriented environment; sales or call center experience helpful, proficiency with internet required.
