Job Description
National Franchise leader located in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Vice President of Marketing. This position will report directly to the CEO and will spearhead all marketing & support for the franchise and corporate locations. Required expertise includes brand maximization, internet, direct response, national broadcast, local ground marketing, coop and national advertising fund management and agency and other outside resource management. This position will participate in strategic executive level decision making.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:

MBA

Minimum of 10 years executive management experience in franchise marketing a MUST

Experience in multi unit organization preferred

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Strong organization and management skills

Strong analytical skill

Proficiency in MS Office -- including Word, Outlook and Excel

Ability to plan, manage & execute multiple projects in timely & a cost-effective manner, within a fast paced environment
