Job Description
Dice Holdings, Inc. has an immediate need for a Vice President, Sales, for the Allhealthcarejobs.com product. This person will be responsible for developing, facilitating and directing all field sales activities for Allhealthcarejobs.com.
This position can work from a home office in the U.S. or from our offices in New York or Iowa.
Essential Functions:
- Build, manage, lead and motivate AHJ field sales and account management teams toward goal of achieving sales targets
- Identify target markets and develop sales strategies (product and pricing packages) for penetrating these markets.
- Work cross functionally to develop key brand messages, sales presentations and collateral materials for various customer segments
- Manage brand selling processes, from lead generation through close and account servicing
- Develop and manage sales budgets
- Develop and facilitate brand sales training programs
- Design and manage compensation and incentive programs for AHJ field sales and account management teams
- Lead AHJ sales recruiting
- Design and implement post-sales account services processes
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree. MBA degree is desirable.
- 10+ years of health care related field sales experience, with increasing levels of responsibility and success; proven track record of building successful sales team;
- A strong understanding of health care recruitment and deep base of industry knowledge and contacts
- Strong communications skills – effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Strong leadership and employee management skills
- Excellent analytical and research skills
