Job Description
The VP of Sales/Broker’s overall objective is to effectively manage, coordinate and facilitate brokerage compliance laws, regulations, policies, procedures and related issues for the benefit of the company and its clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge base of local real estate marketplace
- Create overall business goals and sales plan for the branch locations
- Recruit, hire, and train branch employees
- Manage and oversee daily activities
- Analyze and prepare reports
- Participate in contract negotiations
- Oversee closing activities
- Approve cancellation and interact with Legal department as necessary
- Follow up on agent license expiration and renewal
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as Broker of Record necessary
- Current Broker's license
- REO Experience
- Strong compliance background
- Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Intermediate MS Office Suite knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and 5-7 years experience in the real estate industry as a managing broker
- Direct training experience of 20 or more preferred
- Strong computer skills.
