Job Description

Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies either individually or as part of a project team. Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.

Develop browser-based applications and custom integration solutions. Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. Act as a team leader as related to the Systems Life Cycle. Develops programming and development standards. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.

This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.

Job Requirements

Required:

• IBM DataPower appliance experience (1 year)
• XML Technologies (XML Schema, XSL) (5 years)
• Web Services (WSDL, SOAP, WS_I Standards) (5 years)
• WS-Security (x.509 Certs/Digital Signatures/Encryption/SAML1/2) (3 years)
• Networking Concepts (TCP/IP, Packet Capture, NTP) (3 years)
• IT experience (7 years)
• Strong XSL coding experience (3 years)
• US Citizenship is required.

Desired:

• Java Web Service Dev (AIX/WSDL2Java)(1 year)
• Enterprise Messaging Systems (WebSphere MQ) (1 year)
• Mainframe Copybook knowledge (1 year)
