Assignment Capsule As a Wellness Vendor Relationship Director you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and monitoring relationships with vendors providing Wellness services. Strategizing contracted services, monitoring and executing performance guarantees and assuring effective production from vendors will be key responsibilities.
- Identify departmental objectives and drive process methodology that will achieve all desired business outcomes.
- Model business consultation capabilities to align required needs with executable business solutions.
- Articulate a realistic vision that incorporates continuous operational improvements into daily business practice.

Technical Knowledge: You have a working knowledge of technological components and how they can support operational needs. You are able to interface with technical teams to assure operational support.
Role Essentials- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
- Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
Role Desirables
- Master's Degree on Business Administration
