Assignment Capsule
As a Wellness Vendor Relationship Director you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and monitoring relationships with vendors providing Wellness services. Strategizing contracted services, monitoring and executing performance guarantees and assuring effective production from vendors will be key responsibilities.

  • Identify departmental objectives and drive process methodology that will achieve all desired business outcomes.
  • Model business consultation capabilities to align required needs with executable business solutions.
  • Articulate a realistic vision that incorporates continuous operational improvements into daily business practice.

  • Communication: You actively listen to others to understand their perspective and ensure continuous understanding regardless of communication channel or audience. You assure clear, consistent and conscious communication with vendors for clear execution and communicate details with organizational leadership to assure support for all opportunities. You are able to negotiate effectively for positive solutions.
  • Implementation/Execution: You are good at organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects by using appropriate methodologies and tools.
  • Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem solving. Acting as both a broker and consultant regarding resources, you engage others in problem solving without taking over.

Technical Knowledge: You have a working knowledge of technological components and how they can support operational needs. You are able to interface with technical teams to assure operational support.

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or related field
  • Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio
