Enjoy being a part of a growing Technical Support Team that services our client's worldwide software and hardware products. You will be a key member of the support group for Xbox LIVE and their online service, assisting customers connecting to and using Xbox LIVE, making each customer experience outstanding!
A combination of being a quick learner, good listener, articulate, patient, and possessing the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a pleasant disposition are key to this role.

Primary Duties
Effectively troubleshoot customer problems with hardware and online service
Accurately and thoroughly document issues and resolutions, along with customer demographics, into the client database.
Communicate and apply policies and procedures for customer resolution consistently.
Follow documented procedures for first call resolution

Must be able to effectively resolve difficult situations
Sit for long periods of time and adhere to work schedule
PC skills
Type 30 wpm minimum
Multi tasking (typing while navigating different interfaces and talking)

Must be flexible
Must be available Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays as scheduled
